With Sri Periyavas’ anugraham and with the blessings of Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peeṭadhipati, His Holiness, Jagadguru Pujyasri Shankara Vijayendra Saraswathi Shankaracharya Swamigal, Jagadguru Sri Adi Shankara Śukla Panchami Pooja initiative will commence from June, 2021,with a sankalpam to perform a short pooja and Shankara stuti parayanam on Shukla panchami days at a convenient time. Shankarararama Sharma is a researcher by profession, pursuing his PhD at IISc, Bangalore. He is also an avid Sanskrit Enthusiast. He has been learning the Bhagavad Gita from the tender age of 4 from his mother. He has received the blessings of the Jagadgurus of Sringeri and Kanchi for having memorised the complete Bhagavad-Gita in 2013.
He has completed the Pravesha exam conducted by the surasaraswathi sabha of Sringeri and kovida exam of Bharatiya Vidya bhavan. For his love for samskrita, he is completed BA and is prsuing MA in Advaita Vedanta under Karnataka Sanskrit University with the guidance of his grandfather Mahamahopadhyaya Mullaivasal Krishnamurthi sastrigal.
He started his vedadhyana under his paternal grandfather Sri Ramalinga sarma.
